(pronounced like "lore," but with a French twist!).

I grew up in France, but my true baking journey began in the US. Before then, I had never baked anything—not even with my grandmother.

In the US, I deeply missed French pastries—the buttery croissants and vibrant bakery displays. If you've ever strolled through Paris, you know the magic I'm talking about.

In 2018, driven by nostalgia and insatiable cravings, I returned to France to earn my CAP, the French baking degree. This journey reconnected me with my roots and ignited my passion for French gastronomy. French baking is an art that conveys deep emotions and transports you.

Every cake I create is a moment of joy, crafted with nature’s finest ingredients. With every bite, I want you to think, "How can this be so good?"
